Technology Training by Davinta

Technology partner of Unnati project, Davinta, organized eleven days in-house training programme on Altifin Product at the Indian Institute of Bank Management (IIBM), Khanapara, Guwahati. The training was conducted from 14^th December to 24^th December 2015. FI staffs, BC Agents and project management staffs based in RGVN, Guwahati participated in the training programme. 

The objective of the training was to acquaint the participants especially the operators, supervisors and administrators with the Altifin product (Web based and front-end device) to be used in the FI programme extensively in the nearest future.

Training of LSPs from AEA

A six days in-house training programme for LSPs was organized at Bosco Reach Out, Guwahati from 30^th Nov to 5^th December. 32 LSPs which included 15 males and 17 females participated in the programme. Besides the LSPs, all livelihood staffs attended the programme.

Training objectives:

• To build the knowledge & capacities of LSPs  to provide services in the field of agriculture for betterment of farming community.
• To build relationship between line experts and LSPs for long term support
• To capacitate LSPs to conduct technical sessions in groups
